Mmm pork and sage. I got the sage from a kind person I met at a Canberra Urban Homesteading Club meet up. There’s nothing like homegrown sage, the flavour is much more intense.
In fact, shortly after this I bought a sage seedling from the plant people at the Old Bus Depot Markets. It’s now living happily on my balcony.
